Vendor applications (Community, Cultural, Children/Youth and Food Vendor booths) for the 2017 Festival are available for online application or you may download a paper copy. Payment must accompany application and be returned to Merrick House by Friday, August 18th, 2017 (Extended Registration Period – Late Fees Waived During This Extension).
Payable to: Merrick House, 1050 Starkweather Avenue, Cleveland, OH. 44113.
****All applications are conditional pending review by festival staff to maintain the best interest and needs of the festival. If your organization or business application for booth space is not accepted by festival staff, you will receive written notification (by e-mail or mail) and your payment will be refunded in full).***
